Conference Rooms and Classrooms

The Institute has a number of shared spaces available for marine science groups:

Seminar room (max. capacity 75)
Downstairs conference rooms (seat 12+)
Upstairs conference rooms (seat 12+)
Teaching classroom (seats 18)
Teaching lab

Room Conference Capabilities

Seminar room (IMS 222) is setup for both local and remote presentations. Room has Zoom Connector for Polycom videoconferencing so content can be shared wirelessly from laptop via Zoom or using available local PC.

Downstairs conference Zoom Room (IMS 131) has 65″ wall display, camera, projector and whiteboard. Content can be shared wirelessly from laptop via Zoom.

Upstairs conference Zoom Room (IMS 271) has dual 65″ 4k displays, webcam, and whiteboard. Content can be shared wirelessly from laptop via Zoom.

Teaching classroom (IMS 127) has projector, PC and whiteboard.

All rooms have eduroam and guest Wi-Fi internet access.
